Taste Manchester is The University of Manchester’s delivered hospitality service, delivering refreshments, snacks, lunches, buffets, dinners and much more to any location around campus and City Centre Manchester.

The team is lead by Executive Head Chef, Martin Smith. Martin joined The University of Manchester in 2006 and is responsible for food production across the Campus. Since qualifying Martin has worked in a number of top hotels across the North West his most recent being the Four Star Palace Hotel here in City Centre Manchester.

Martin and his team deliver high quality food with fantastic value for money and, since the operation is part of The University of Manchester, any surplus from the operation is reinvested back to support teaching, learning and research.

All of Taste Manchester's food is lovingly prepared at our purpose built central production unit located in Fallowfield and delivered by one of our highly professional team in a chilled vehicle.
